The words and terms used in this document shall have the following meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the tab555 website, mobile version and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to the user's personal profile and balance.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional benefit provided by tab555.
• "Transaction" refers to all financial activities related to deposits, withdrawals and bets.

These terms apply to all persons located in Bangladesh who use the tab555 platform. Accessing the platform indicates that the user has accepted these terms.

To become a member of tab555 the following conditions must be met:

• Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• The account may only be used by the registered person; giving access to a third party is prohibited.
• If any unauthorised access to the account occurs, our support team must be notified immediately.
• tab555 reserves the right to reject any registration application for any reason.

Verification of the mobile number or email provided at registration is mandatory. If verification is not completed, certain account features may be restricted.

tab555 provides services only to persons aged 21 or over. This is a core part of our responsible gaming policy.

• At the time of registration the user must confirm that they are 21 years of age or older.
• tab555 may at any time request a government-issued identity document (National ID card, passport or driving licence) for age verification.
• If age verification fails or false information is provided, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.
• As part of the identity confirmation process, KYC verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal.

All financial transactions on tab555 are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the following methods:

• Supported Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 for all methods.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal Time: Processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to the payment method registered on the account. Funds cannot be sent to a third-party account. Active bonus wagering requirements may need to be met before a withdrawal.

• tab555 reserves the right to review and place on hold any unusual or suspicious transaction.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected, the account may be fully locked.
• Users should keep proof of successful transactions for their own records.
• If a duplicate transaction occurs due to a technical error, tab555 reserves the right to reclaim the excess amount.

tab555 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
• Failure of age verification.
• Extended inactivity (no transactions for 12 months or more).
• An account can be closed at the user's own request — please contact the support team in this case.

Before closing an account tab555 will attempt to notify the user; however, in cases of serious violations the account may be closed without prior notice.

• All data is protected by SSL encryption.
• Personal information is used only for service delivery and legal requirements.
• Personal data is not sold or transferred to third parties.
• Users may view their stored data or request corrections.
• In accordance with our cookie policy, cookies are used to improve the platform experience.

tab555 believes that gaming is entertainment — it is not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Set your own budget and never exceed that limit.
• Avoid placing more bets to try to recover money you have lost.

• Service disruption due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, war or government restrictions.

tab555 will always endeavour to ensure uninterrupted service on the platform, but 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed.

tab555 reserves the right to change, add to or amend these terms and conditions at any time.

• Members will be notified of significant changes by email or through a platform notification.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will indicate that the user agrees to the new terms.
• The latest version of these terms will always be available on this page.
• If a user does not agree to the new terms, they may close their account and withdraw their balance.
